You'll join GetYourGuide's Care ecosystem to optimize workforce performance and drive operational excellence. Your core impact is delivering accurate long-term to short-term workforce planning and forecasting across global Customer Care Operations. You'll leverage AI and analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and support the design of a new flexible workforce management setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver accurate long-term, medium-term, and short-term workforce planning and forecasting
• Support budget planning with data-driven capacity models and cost projections
• Develop and maintain workforce models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Provide analytical support for capacity planning, scheduling, and SLA adherence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Workforce Management in scale-up or high-growth environments
• Expert-level Google Sheets/Excel skills for data modeling and analysis
• Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies and capacity models
• Stakeholder management and communication skills to translate complex data

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Python proficiency for advanced analytics and automation
• Experience with WFM solutions (system migrations, platform rollouts)
