🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for IT contract roles across multiple client accounts
• Conduct intake sessions with clients to define role requirements and selection criteria
• Source and attract top IT talent through job boards, social media, and proactive outreach
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand technical domains

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in agency IT recruitment, ideally high-volume contract staffing
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets and W2 contract hiring requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn), and VMS systems
