Description

You will manage labor, productivity, quality control, and safety for CookUnity's fulfillment and logistics department, overseeing a team of 90-100 associates. Your goal is to optimize operations, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of chef-crafted meals to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years leadership in fulfillment, transportation, or warehouse management
• Proficiency in Google Apps and large databases
• Experience with Magento and OnFleet
• Strong project management and Lean/Continuous Improvement skills
• Ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L for fulfillment and logistics
• Oversee labor cost management and planning
• Drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma
• Optimize fulfillment logistics including route planning and last-mile delivery
• Manage 3PL relationships and performance
