Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care. This role is rooted in harm reduction and patient autonomy.

Requirements

• Active NP license in state of residence (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY)
• 2 years independent outpatient experience regularly prescribing buprenorphine including initiation
• Full-time availability: 30-40 hours/week
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
