🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for NetSuite administration and support.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years IT systems support experience.
• 3+ years NetSuite ERP administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR).
• Proficiency in creating saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards.

✨ Nice to Have

• NetSuite certification (Administrator, Foundations, or ERP Consultant).
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Background in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
