You'll engage property owners to list their properties on PadSplit, a platform that creates shared housing to address affordability. Your core impact is helping homeowners unlock rental income while expanding our marketplace. This role offers fully remote work and the chance to tackle the housing crisis.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Research and qualify potential property owners as leads.
- Execute outreach including cold calling and emailing.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand property owner needs.
- Present PadSplit's value proposition and close deals.
📋 Requirements
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales in real estate or property management.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivation to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup.
- Familiarity with real estate markets and rental dynamics.
✨ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Salesforce or Hubspot CRM.
- Knowledge of financial modeling for ROI calculations.
- Experience with virtual presentation tools.
