Description

You will lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions for VALORANT, overseeing performance, compatibility, and client reliability. You'll manage technical producers, collaborate with leadership, and ensure sustainable, on-time delivery across teams in Los Angeles and Seattle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge
• 6+ years as Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large teams
• 3+ years managing leaders of teams
• Experience applying Agile or Lean development methodologies at scale
• Experience with SRE, DevOps, or software operations engineering teams (desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple engineering teams across Los Angeles and Seattle
• Own the teams' ability to reliably deliver in a sustainable manner (rituals, tracking, reporting, partner management)
• Directly manage technical producers, coaching them on craft and career
• Assess organization's maturity, health, and composition and improve areas for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership peers to ensure work is completed on time and quality
