Description
Lead Roku's international advertising sales, driving revenue growth across markets outside the US through direct sales and partnerships. Manage regional sales leaders, develop go-to-market strategies, and expand executive relationships with agencies and brands.
Requirements
- Proven commercial leader with deep experience in CTV/streaming, digital video, and programmatic advertising across international markets
- Strong network among agencies, brand advertisers, reseller partners, and ad tech platforms
- Data-driven, strategic, and practical with ability to execute and mobilize cross-functional partners
- Executive presence to represent Roku at highest levels and shape competitive positioning
- Experienced people leader who can coach, develop, and hold accountable market GMs or Heads of Sales
Responsibilities
- Own Roku's ad sales performance outside the U.S., delivering revenue and margin targets
- Evaluate and prioritize new market entry opportunities, including go-to-market model selection and resourcing
- Directly manage regional market leaders, set goals, provide coaching, and lead weekly operating cadences and quarterly reviews
- Partner with country sales leaders to build direct sales teams and manage reseller or representation partnerships
- Develop and execute market-specific go-to-market plans, including pricing, packaging, and inventory strategy
