You will drive impact in enhancing a world-class experience for our rapidly growing Clinical Outreach team by managing, optimizing, and measuring efficacy against key training and development programs, including new hire onboarding. Collaborating with Outreach leadership, you will create impactful programs that improve rep productivity and ramp.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales or sales enablement.
• Experience in a fast-paced behavioral health or mission-driven organization (preferred).
• Google suite proficiency.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and execute tasks timely.
