You'll translate high-level designs into executable low-level designs for physical security systems. You'll support technicians with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of access control, video surveillance, and related technologies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate pre-sales high-level design to low-level design
• Generate project desk runbooks for commissioning
• Implement, triage, and troubleshoot access control and IP video systems
• Execute awarded projects with technical escalation support

📋 Requirements

• CAD/Design experience
• Strong technical background in physical security systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Manufacturer experience with Milestone, Avigilon, or Lenel
