Description

You will act as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to the SVP of the Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) division, ensuring alignment and prioritization of critical goals. Your role involves designing and executing the operational rhythm, strategic programs, and cross-functional communications to enable high performance and drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive experience with 5-7 in strategic operations, business leadership, or management consulting
• Demonstrated success as Chief of Staff, COO, or similar executive support role
• Expertise in executive strategy, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to the TRS SVP
• Manage cross-functional integration with Finance, Government Relations, Strategic Growth, etc.
• Prepare and facilitate TRS content for executive meetings, All Hands, and offsites
• Own governance structure and business rhythm including QBRs, strategic planning, and internal reviews
• Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through execution
