Requirements

  • Solid foundation knowledge in HR and processes
  • Experience in HR administration role

Responsibilities

  • Produce employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, variations, and handle probations, absences, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, redundancies, and TUPE
  • Review documents from team members for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain employee records in HR databases (Sage, Peakon, Greenhouse)
