As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you'll use state-of-the-art tools to repair dents on vehicles using glue-pulling techniques and access panels, ensuring top-quality results in a high-tech inspection center. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional automotive PDR experience
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Pass background check and MVR check for some positions

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum panels
• Access and repair smaller-sized dents using glue-pulling techniques
• Work in a high-tech Inspection Center with state-of-the-art tools
• Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Possibility of mandatory overtime as needed
