💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience. This part-time role offers a chance to work with a team that loves what they do.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure visual standards are met.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age to join the team.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
