🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product design from discovery to high-fidelity design
• Create intuitive geospatial interfaces for complex data
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Define interaction patterns and design system

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience designing complex digital products
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent
• End-to-end project experience from ideation to live software
• Proficiency in Figma and enterprise design systems

• Advanced experience with GIS, geospatial data, or remote sensing
• AI-native mindset using AI tools for design
• Strong track record of solving complex systemic problems
