You design and implement forward-looking strategies, lead Re- and Upskilling programs, and build scalable academies focusing on leadership and AI competencies. As a project manager for executive-level clients, you drive innovation and agile transformation projects at leading international corporations.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with several years of relevant professional experience and budget responsibility
• Extensive experience with digital learning platforms, AI-powered skill management tools, and modern HR technologies
• Certifications in HR core platforms, skill technologies, change management, trainer, or coaching
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
