Description

You will help train large-scale language models by challenging them on Indonesian grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics. Your role involves conversing with the model on language scenarios, verifying factual accuracy, capturing error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Indonesian language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects preferred
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on sentence structure, verb conjugation, noun-adjective agreement, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and formal vs. informal speech
• Document failure modes to harden model reasoning
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
