You'll guide new customers through platform setup and ensure a smooth, confident start. You'll empower users with training and resources to realize value fast. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive lasting partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead new customers through platform setup and configuration
• Deliver product demos, onboarding calls, and webinars
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials and documentation
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions and issues

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management experience or 4+ years in customer onboarding
• Experience or familiarity with construction industry (electrical, mechanical, or general contracting)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer sessions
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple onboardings

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or general contracting construction
