Description

You will manage daily operations of technical teams (10-15 people) as a Scrum Master, bridging between teams and a major financial services client. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, drive project timelines, and navigate complex governance in a fast-paced, hybrid role based in Central London.

Requirements

• 7 to 8 years overall professional experience, with 3 to 5 years specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in consulting required.
• Prior experience working with financial institutions highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery teams of 10 to 15 people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional comprehension and communication skills; ability to remain focused and concise in high-pressure presentations.
• Must be able to work UK shift schedule and commute to Central London office 1-2 days per week (Hybrid).
