Description

As a Production Coordinator at SpaceX, you will support launch and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of components and assemblies. You will manage inventory requests, maintain production schedules, coordinate with engineers and technicians, and communicate part status to leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Vandenberg Space Force Base
• Ability to work Thursday - Sunday from 5:00pm - 5:00am and overtime as needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Create inventory requests based on production work orders and replacement parts
• Maintain production schedules through coordination of planning and shortage management
• Interface with engineers and technicians on release of work orders for build
• Verify material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership
