💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Compliance Officer for GIFT City operations, ensuring full adherence to regulations. You'll develop compliance frameworks and lead regulatory inspections. This role works closely with senior management and regulatory bodies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with GIFT City regulations and all applicable laws.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and internal controls.
• Monitor risk and compliance framework to identify and mitigate risks.
• Act as primary liaison with regulators and manage inspections.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a compliance leadership role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of GIFT City regulatory environment.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting, audits, and inspections.
• Experience interacting with regulators and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Experience building and managing NISM-certified teams.
• Background in quantitative trading firms or fintech.
