Description

As part of the data team at Monks, you'll work at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and marketing, translating complex data into actionable insights. You'll design, streamline, and manage dashboards, reports, and data products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smarter decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Experience with BigQuery or other data warehouse tools
• Ability to translate data into compelling stories for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mid level of English

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards
• Design ETL processes for data integration
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends and anomalies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guide data-informed decisions
• Monitor data quality and propose solutions
