Description

You'll lead go-to-market efforts for a fast-growing behavioral health startup, managing a regional team to build partnerships with referral sources and drive admissions for at-risk youth. Your work will involve developing market entry strategies, owning KPIs, and collaborating across teams to expand access to life-saving mental health treatment.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years business development experience, 2-3+ years sales leadership
• Based in Jacksonville, FL area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel locally up to 1 hour driving distance

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a region
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Own KPIs and report upward on monthly performance
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
