You'll support development, integration, and verification of the ATARS system using model-based systems engineering methodologies. You'll manage requirements, interfaces, and design reviews across a cross-functional aerospace team. This role offers the chance to shape a cutting-edge AR training platform for defense.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Decompose and manage system and subsystem requirements
• Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Lead design milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
• Apply MBSE (SysML) for system architectures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM field
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense system development
• Experience with DOORS, Jama, or Stell for requirements management
• Experience supporting formal design reviews in DoD/NASA environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's in Engineering or related field
• INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification
• MBSE with Cameo, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody
