You'll lead enterprise planning and board-level financial reporting for a remote-first consumer tech company. You'll drive the long-range planning process, own monthly reporting, and produce materials for the board and investors. This player-coach role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive the Long-Range Planning process and consolidate enterprise view
• Own annual operating plan and monthly reforecast processes
• Lead monthly management reporting cycle with variance analysis
• Produce board pack and earnings materials

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience
• Strong background in board-level reporting and investor relations
• Experience leading long-range planning and annual budgeting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and consolidation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-native companies or AI tool adoption
• Background in SaaS or subscription business models
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools
