💼 About This Role

You'll support financial reporting, technical accounting, and REIT compliance for Rowan Digital Infrastructure in a hybrid role based in Denver. You'll prepare financial statements and assist with complex transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to data center infrastructure projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist in REIT compliance support including income and asset testing
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CPA candidate
• Experience in Public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Exposure to Lease accounting (ASC 842) or REIT concepts
