You'll lead a 100+ person engineering organization building digital platforms that power global ecommerce, fan engagement, and data ecosystems. Your core impact will be scaling cloud infrastructure and establishing engineering best practices to support high-volume commerce and real-time experiences. You'll partner with executive leadership to evolve technology strategy and drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a 100+ person engineering organization across product, platform, DevOps, and data engineering.
• Scale hiring and organizational design to support rapid platform growth.
• Oversee cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
• Partner with Product leadership to deliver custom-built platforms aligned to product strategy.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years as a technical leader of DevOps or Systems Administration teams.
• Expertise in designing secure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes.

• Experience in the Live Events Industry.
• CISSP certification.
• AWS Certified Solution Architect.
