๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Cordance's sales team as an SDR, prospecting and engaging potential customers to create qualified opportunities for B2B SaaS portfolio companies. You'll be on the front lines of our sales organization, driving new logo acquisition through high-volume outreach. This role serves as a launchpad for career growth into Account Executive, Customer Success, or Marketing roles.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outreach (70-90 activities/day) via calls, email, video, and social media
- Qualify prospects through research and discovery to ensure strong fit
- Schedule discovery meetings or demos for Account Executives
- Utilize CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools to track activities and manage follow-ups
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0โ2 years of professional experience (internships or sales-related a plus)
- Comfort with high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or lead-generation environments
- Familiarity with HubSpot and ZoomInfo
- Understanding of BANT qualification methodology
