You'll lead US regional marketing as the first marketing hire in Austin, TX, partnering with the US CRO and global HQ team. You'll drive demand generation and brand awareness for a high-growth European fintech scale-up launching in North America. This role offers high autonomy to build marketing from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for demand generation and brand awareness.
• Serve as strategic marketing partner to US CRO and regional sales teams.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, field events, and industry conferences.
• Analyze marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of field or regional marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven track record as a business partner to sales and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
