Description

You will lead global technical enablement and certifications for Sigma's System Integrator partners, delivering deep engineering- and architecture-driven training. Your core duties include designing and executing specialist training programs on AI Apps, Embedding, and Administration, acting as the primary technical authority for partner enablement, and traveling extensively across EMEA, APJ, North America, and LATAM for in-person sessions. This high-visibility role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth, architecture, and teaching, shaping how Sigma is implemented at scale through the SI ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in solution engineering, partner enablement, or consulting delivery
• Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Sigma, dbt, Databricks, etc.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on exposure to BI, data warehousing, or embedded analytics
• Comfort in customer- and partner-facing technical roles
• Willingness to travel globally 75%+

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on delivery of global technical enablement and certifications program for SI partners
• Design, evolve, and deliver structured training programs building deep technical competency across partner engineering teams
• Act as primary instructor and facilitator for advanced partner trainings including in-person bootcamps, workshops, and certification sessions
• Establish technical competency standards for SI partners through education and certification readiness
• Plan and execute a high volume of global training sessions across multiple regions, ensuring consistent delivery
