You will lead a team of Field Account Executives and Managers to drive partner growth across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on acquisition, optimization, and retention. This role involves traveling ~25% to support major deals, using data from Salesforce and Salesloft to guide strategy, and collaborating with leadership to refine sales approaches.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in people leadership in SMB and Mid-Market sales (SaaS preferred)
• 2+ years as top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales
• Proven negotiation and sales planning skills
• Fluency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
• Deep familiarity with local fitness/wellness landscape

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–10 Field Account Executives and Managers to drive partner growth
• Fuel partner acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention via coaching and strategy
• Travel ~25% across the region to support major conversations and close deals
• Champion Salesforce and Salesloft data to uncover insights and ensure pipeline health
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine sales strategies
