💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to the product vision for shared web tooling and operator-facing products used by finance teams at Spotify. You'll support a portfolio of internal platforms and workflow systems, from established tools to new AI-powered capabilities. This role balances short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for shared web tooling and operator-facing products.
• Support and evolve a portfolio of internal platforms and workflow systems.
• Lead product discovery for new features focusing on usability and operator efficiency.
• Partner with engineers to define shared web frameworks and components.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with operator-facing or workflow-driven products.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions around system design and architecture.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as large language models and prompt design.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing decisions through insight.
