💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing Immigration and Global Mobility Services practice to prepare business visa petitions (H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, etc.) and take ownership of your case docket, ensuring timely client communication. You'll stay current with immigration developments and share insights with the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions (H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, etc.)
• Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for attorney review
• Manage case docket and ensure timely communication with clients and attorneys
• Stay updated on immigration developments and share information with the team

📋 Requirements

• Experience preparing business immigration applications (H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high volume caseload

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with other immigration matters (K-1, I-130, N-400, DACA, etc.)
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
