Description
You will lead the global lifecycle strategy for a promising RAS inhibitor in lung cancer, driving the program from pivotal development through commercialization and post-launch expansion. This role involves defining the strategic roadmap, integrating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment across clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions to maximize patient and enterprise value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of biopharmaceutical experience with significant oncology commercialization leadership
- Demonstrated success leading at least one global NME launch in oncology
- Deep expertise in lifecycle management, brand strategy, global marketing, and market access
- Proven experience in multifunctional, high-pressure environments with ambitious milestones
Responsibilities
- Define and refine global lifecycle strategy for daraxonrasib across indications and combinations
- Translate clinical data and competitive insights into differentiated commercial positioning
- Lead cross-functional Lifecycle Team and working groups to ensure integrated decision-making
- Develop and own strategic roadmap, milestones, financial targets, and key objectives
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing lifecycle team and contribute to function maturation
