🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain weekly caseload of 31 patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and other modalities.
• Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients with emotional and behavioral issues.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Active Connecticut license (LMSW or LPCA) or associate-level permit.
• 1+ year of psychotherapy experience (practicum counts).
• Proficient with Google Suite, EHR platforms, and technology systems.
