Description

You will see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via tele-health. You will collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to deliver human-centered primary care.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Georgia
• Enrolled in or completed accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year

Responsibilities

• See patients for acute, chronic, and well visits (not panel-building)
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures
