💼 About This Role

You'll lead the analyst experience layer of our Surveillance platform, owning product strategy and driving execution directly while leading a small team. Your core impact is closing the gap between AI capabilities and the analyst experience, and defining API surfaces for customer extensibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve platform strategy and roadmap across analyst experience, workflow, and extensibility
• Own end-to-end analyst experience from alert surfacing to resolution with explainability
• Define and own API surface for alert queues, review actions, and integrations
• Lead a small team of product managers as a player-coach

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience at enterprise scale
• 3+ years of management experience with player-coach approach
• Demonstrated UX product ownership defining analyst or end-user workflows
• Demonstrated API product experience defining developer-facing surfaces

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in financial services, compliance, or legal technology
• Experience commercializing AI or ML capabilities into product and pricing decisions
• Experience owning products with both a UI surface and developer-facing surface
