Description

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll lead by example, achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management, conduct sales tours, and ensure exceptional resident experiences at a Bozzuto community. You'll coach team members, step in for the Property Manager when absent, and work weekends occasionally.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management
• Proficiency in social media (Facebook, Instagram) and creating content
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred)
