Description

You will manage a portfolio of LATAM hotel customers, driving retention and upsell while acting as their primary Cloudbeds contact. You'll provide strategic guidance to help them optimize operations and achieve success outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hospitality industry experience in key operational roles (Revenue Manager, Front Desk Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager)
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations including revenue management, front desk workflows, and PMS
  • Experience in LATAM hospitality market with knowledge of regional needs and practices
  • Native or professional Spanish fluency; comfortable working LATAM business hours
  • Ability to learn technology platforms quickly and translate technical concepts to hoteliers

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for LATAM customer portfolio, managing escalations and ensuring seamless experiences
  • Achieve retention goals by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and minimizing churn
  • Drive product engagement and portfolio growth through consultative recommendations
  • Analyze customer data to improve platform utilization and identify at-risk accounts
  • Coordinate with support teams on escalations and troubleshoot platform issues
