Description

You will build the AI foundation that powers Sigma's analytics platform, working with product and engineering teams to prototype and productionize AI systems such as recommendations, natural language interfaces, and agentic workflows. You'll also develop and scale AI/ML infrastructure for both internal and customer-facing features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field
• 10+ years building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
• Deep knowledge of ML, deep learning, and applied AI
• Experience across full ML lifecycle: data curation, training, deployment, monitoring
• Experience adapting or training foundation models for novel domains

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities
• Prototype and productionize AI systems (recommendations, NL interfaces, agentic workflows)
• Develop and scale AI/ML infrastructure for internal tooling and customer-facing features
• Tackle novel UX problems at the intersection of AI, BI, and apps
