You'll own a small portfolio of strategic Nordic accounts, driving adoption and delivering measurable value. You'll lead complex programs and unlock multi-million dollar growth within high-value telecom accounts, operating across executive engagement and technical delivery. This role sits at a critical growth point with major customers scaling rapidly.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own retention and growth for 2-10 strategic Nordic accounts.
- Build and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of POCs, pilots, and complex programs.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Accounts in SaaS.
- Experience managing large enterprise customers with 7-figure ARR.
- Proven track record across full post-sales lifecycle.
- Strong program management and executive-level stakeholder management.
