Description

You will lead the Professional Services organization in Southeast Asia and Greater China, driving strategy, hiring a high-performing team, cultivating executive relationships, and developing service offerings to accelerate customer adoption of Stripe's financial infrastructure platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and leading professional services or solution architect teams in high-growth tech
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level audience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience presenting to senior management
• Sound business judgment, analytical skills, track record of data-driven influence
• Experience working in the SEA/GCN region

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEA/GCN Professional Services strategy aligned with global priorities
• Hire and lead a team of consultants, engagement managers, integration engineers, and leaders
• Cultivate a team culture of high ownership, customer-first focus, and integrity
• Cultivate executive relationships with C-level customers and partners
• Develop business cases and service offerings, drive consensus among stakeholders
