• Initiate growth strategies to build Academy's influence and global partnerships.
• Identify untapped growth opportunities across formats and distribution channels.
• Lead zero-to-one experimentation from concept to MVP launch.
• Design and run structured growth experiments with data rigor.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in growth or operations roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across global stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin or additional languages a plus.
