💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex customer engineering engagements for Notion, embedding with enterprise clients to design and build solutions that integrate Notion deeply into their technical environments. You'll own hands-on delivery of migrations, custom integrations, and production AI/agentic deployments while shaping best practices for scalable customer support. This role combines deep technical work with direct customer impact at a fast-growing platform loved by millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical delivery of customer engagements end to end
• Design and build custom agents, integrations, and data pipelines
• Lead large-scale content and data migrations
• Build feedback loops with product and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing engineering or forward deployed engineering
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in complex workflows
• Background developing technical frameworks or internal tooling
• Experience supporting pre-sales or early engagement phases
