You'll support daily operations at an award-winning apartment community, handling leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks. Your work ensures a smooth-running community where residents feel at home. Partner with the Community Manager to lead by example and resolve concerns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct tours and guide prospects through leasing process
• Create social media content and promote resident engagement
• Oversee rent collection, payment posting, and delinquency follow-up
• Step into leadership role in Community Manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
