You'll administer and analyze global sales compensation programs at a high-growth SaaS company, ensuring accurate plan implementation and data integrity. Your work will directly support Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership with actionable compensation insights.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Administer sales participant data and compensation plans in CaptivateIQ.
- Validate compensation data for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies cross-functionally.
- Support reporting, analytics, and plan health reviews.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years professional experience with 1-2 years in sales compensation.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Experience with incentive compensation systems and CRM platforms.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar ICM platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
- Salesforce or CRM system experience.
