You'll administer and analyze global sales compensation programs at a high-growth SaaS company, ensuring accurate plan implementation and data integrity. Your work will directly support Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership with actionable compensation insights.

  • Administer sales participant data and compensation plans in CaptivateIQ.
  • Validate compensation data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies cross-functionally.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and plan health reviews.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years professional experience with 1-2 years in sales compensation.
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Experience with incentive compensation systems and CRM platforms.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar ICM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
  • Salesforce or CRM system experience.
