🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as central technical leader across the Foundation group
• Embed within teams to contribute directly to design and implementation
• Guide teams in designing scalable, maintainable systems
• Mentor engineers to improve design quality and raise the engineering bar

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java and modern backend frameworks like Spring Boot
• Proven Staff+ experience operating across multiple teams
• Deep experience designing large-scale distributed systems
