You'll build Brevo's UK partner ecosystem from scratch, recruiting and activating agencies and integrators to drive Enterprise pipeline. As the first Partner Account Manager for the UK, you'll own the full partner motion and co-sell alongside the growing UK sales team. This greenfield role offers high impact and autonomy within a certified B Corp.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Recruit CRM, lifecycle, and e-commerce agencies from zero portfolio
  • Onboard new partners through certification and product training
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline
  • Report on UK partner KPIs and feed insights into global program

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Partner Account Management or Channel Sales in SaaS
  • Proven track record recruiting and activating partners for Enterprise revenue
  • Deep knowledge of the UK partner ecosystem (CRM/agencies, e-commerce, SIs)
  • Based in London, UK with willingness to travel up to 20%

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Prior experience building partner programs from scratch in a startup or scale-up
  • Knowledge of competitor partner programs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
