💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Global Supply Managers responsible for direct material sourcing for spacecraft production, owning supplier strategy and execution. Your core impact will be driving cost, schedule, and quality targets across key commodities to enable manufacturing at scale. This role offers the chance to build and scale supply chain processes in a high-growth aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Global Supply Managers across key commodities.
• Set team goals and drive accountability for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Own sourcing strategy for critical spacecraft components.
• Partner with engineering, production, and program management to mitigate supply risks.

📋 Requirements

• U.S. Person status required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier negotiations.
