Requirements

- 2+ years cooking in high-volume kitchen
- Strong culinary abilities and openness to coaching

Responsibilities
- Inspire and uplift culinary team, providing warm hospitality
- Achieve proficiency at all stations through consistent execution and training
- Coordinate prep lists, waste logs, and food inventory with Chef de Cuisine
- Open and close restaurant using checklists and team communication
- Address guest concerns with creative solutions and uphold food safety protocols
